- Development Fee. $3,000 per acre to be served
- Water Taps (Domestic and Irrigation)
- Sewer Tap
- Drainage Detention Storage Permit. $150.00 per 1,000 square feet of impermeable site area unless on site detention is provided.
- Plan Review/Inspection Fees.

d. Irrigation Installation $300.00
- Regional Stormwater Quality Treatment Permit. $1,200 per acre.

Residential Tap & Development Fees
$8,340 per unit, which includes water, sewer, drainage, detention, stormwater quality, and reviews.
Service Fees:
- Water Service Fees:
a. $3.20 per 1,000 gallons within annual allocation
b. $6.40 per 1,000 gallons in excess of annual allocation
c. $9.60 per 1,000 gallons in excess of 150% of annual allocation. - Sewer Service Fees.
a. $6.75 per 1,000 gallons of domestic water use based on Winter Quarterly Average.
