Residential Tap & Development Fees
$8,340 per unit, which includes water, sewer, drainage, detention, stormwater quality, and reviews.

Service Fees:

Water Service Fees:
a. $2.75 per 1,000 gallons within annual allocation
b. $5.50 per 1,000 gallons in excess of annual allocation
c. $8.25 per 1,000 gallons in excess of 150% of annual allocation.
Sewer Service Fees.
a. $6.25 per 1,000 gallons of domestic water use based on Winter Quarterly Average.
