In Colorado, water is life. Respect for our limited, natural resource runs hand in hand with providing all consumers an efficient, sustainable water supply at the best price possible. That’s why we strongly believe in practicing water conservation proactively and that’s exactly what we’ve been doing for more than thirty years through the practice of “reuse.”
The Inverness Water and Sanitation District is responsible for the distribution of water for use to residents within the District, and the maintenance, repair and replacement of all mains, hydrants, valves and service facilities owned by the District.
The District is generally responsible for providing water storage and treatment facilities, and shall endeavor to plan for, capitalize and build adequate capital improvements as demand occurs.
The District is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the sewage collection system and treatment works in a sound and economical manner, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.
